About the role
This role is the storyteller behind Return. You'll develop the stories worth telling, plan the shots that tell them, script them, and shape raw footage (new and archive) into content that sounds and looks like Return. You'll pull every channel and profile connected to the brand into one coherent story following a strategy to build the brand following, drive engagement and inbound leads. You'll work directly with the founder, with real ownership over growing the brands audience and launch campaigns across different platforms.
What you'll do
Develop story concepts, shot lists and scripts for shoots, trips and campaigns
Shoot, source and edit footage, ours and yours, into short form video, reels, posts and campaign assets
Run every channel and profile day to day, keeping tone and visual identity consistent, and adjust the plan as you see what's landing
Plan and execute content around destination launches, concept through release
Support other marketing tasks as needed
What we're looking for
A strong visual storyteller, confident with editing tools and a fast, intuitive workflow
A strong writer, able to move between a personal first-person voice and a brand's house style
An eye for quality — luxury, travel or lifestyle content experience is a bonus
Has run organic social for a brand before, and knows how content needs to shift across platforms and channels
Entrepreneurial — wants to build something and put their name on it
Comfortable in a small, early-stage team, based in Singapore
